Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Atom Apps Dev (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the 90 Days Slim Plan mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
90 Days Slim Plan provides diet planning, recipes, progress tracking and related tools. The Service is provided for general wellness purposes only and is not medical advice — see Section 6.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to save and sync your data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time from our account deletion page.
3. Subscriptions (Premium)
- Title: Premium (auto-renewing subscription), purchased through the app store on your device.
- Length: billed monthly; renews automatically for successive one-month periods unless canceled.
- Price: shown in the app before purchase, charged to the payment method on file with your app store account.
- Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing or canceling: manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's subscription settings (Settings > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android). Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
- Free trial (if offered): any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: don't reverse-engineer, resell, scrape, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the recipes, notes, photos and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you (see our Privacy Policy for details).
6. No medical advice
The Service does not provide medical, nutritional or health advice tailored to your individual condition. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, exercise or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Third-party terms
Your use of the Service is also subject to the usage rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play's Terms of Service, as applicable).
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
